Bellamy is going to die in season 4, this wasn't confirmed by anyone but the predictions for Lincoln, Lexa, and that chick umm Roan's sister has proven to be true.
Only way Bellamy is dying is if Bob wants out. I can't see Jason killing Bellamy off after he lost Lexa/Lexa fans and Lincoln/Lincoln fans. In fact, as long as the main cast want to stay, I wouldn't be surprised if there are no big deaths this coming season as a way to compensate for the backlash they got for their deaths the season before.
Lexa is coming back in season 5, they will research the technology that can bring back people from the dead, and Clarke will steal it to relive Lexa.
Some issues with this theory:
1. The main reason they had to kill Lexa/write her off is because Alycia is a series regular on another TV show, meaning that she can't be a series regular on two shows at once. So unless Jroth knows for a fact that Alycia is about to be killed off in s3 of ftwd thus freeing her up for s5 of The 100, there is no way this could happen.
2. "Clarke will steal it to relive Lexa" opens up too many plot holes. Why doesn't she also use this technology to revive Wells, her best friend since she was a baby? And while she is there, why doesn't she also revive Anya and Finn and Monroe? Why not revive every person who has died on the show? And what do they need for this revival to happen? (considering all that is left of Lexa is ashes).
3. The writers have confirmed that Clarke will get a new love interest one day. No one knows who it is or when it will happen, but they have confirmed multiple times that she will eventually MOVE ON from Lexa. Therefore, having her in s5 try and find ways to bring Lexa back from the dead seems to contradict this and would not show her moving on from Lexa in any way.
Alie will come back in season 4b, because they're gonna try to see behind the doors of the Alie 1.0.
Gosh, I hope not. Then again, I suppose there is nothing supporting or refuting this claim. The only thing that came to mind however was Jason mentioning that he likes to tell each season as it's own story/movie, so it seemed (at least, to me) that the ALIE stuff was left in s3. Perhaps not, though.
They will go to the sky again, to avoid the nuclear disaster that was teased in the little promo.
IF this happens, I don't see it happening until the series finale. That being said, at the end of s4 I could see people going into groups maybe and maybe one group will go back to the sky and s5 might follow that group as their own separate story arc.
I would guess that 90-95% of this is people spreading lies and rumours, either to scare people (killing Bellamy) or excite people (bringing Lexa back). The only thing that is confirmed is a 13 episode season rather than a 16 episode season.
