Bellamy

Just rewatched season 2 and 3 and my God, how can Bellamy be forgiven for all the mess that he created for everyone? And for what exactly? What is he so friggin' upset about? Clarke left him? Or his "gf" of 2 mins (whatever her name was) who died at Mt.Weather?

I cannot stand him and his character!

"What is he so friggin' upset about?"

I guess others trying to kill you for weeks, losing your friends, having to do awful *beep* to save your other friends, almost dying a few times in the process, your girlfriend being killed and the one person you relied on leaving you is not good enough reason to be upset.

His life is so peachy!

LOL, absolutely agree. He's made some mistakes but at heart he's a very good person who always tries to do the right thing. I don't understand why some people can't see that.

The grounders were starving the sky people out so they attacked preemptively. I don't really wanna go into the whole thing again but it's a lot more grey than you're describing.

I'm not sure if you mean how can the fans forgive him or if the delinquents can forgive him..but if you mean the delinquents, Bellamy has always tried to protect his people. They're obviously not going to hate him for doing what he believes is right for his people. People voted for Pike. Bellamy isn't the only one who is scared and many others would have done the same thing.

Also his relationship with Gina was probably the longest on the show other than Abby/Kane. So many people want Clarke to grieve forever even though that was basically her entire story in 3B, but she was with Lexa less than half as long as Bellamy was with Gina.

Yeah he's the devil surrounded by saints /s.

yeah, good question. I really don't know why. But you know some viewers can forgive everything he has done, murders, killing, his stupidity and lack of open-mindedness, and how he destroyed Octavia, just BECAUSE he's good looking, and has abs ! He did absolutely NOTHING GOOD in season 3, except when Clarke was telling him what to do, and with all his pity eyes (for make us think he's sorry for actually being a mass murderer, a stupid decision make, and being useless all the damm time);
They would even come up with an "explanation" if he kills a child playing in the woods with a stick.....as if he thought he was protecting his people because the child had a weapon to kill them all;

In case you haven't noticed, no one needs forgiveness in this show. Everyone gets a free pass for killing. Now, Bellamy acknowledges his mistake and try to make up for it by setting up Pike, for instance but if you feel 0 sympathy for his character, whatever the hell he does to help people and save the day, you're gonna hate him anyway. You said it "I cannot stand him and his character!".

He's gonna be there all throughout S4, so take it easy.
