Shouldn't Alie have destroyed MW in her initial attack? It was a major military installation and I'm sure the AI was aware of it. Since she destroyed all the other military bases and where able to take over every computer in the world, you'd think MW would have been wiped out. No way their computers could have been completely off the grid to the power where Alie didn't know they existed or couldn't get into those systems.
shareMount Weather is a bunker created to host members of the government in case of an emergency situation. I would think that because of this it has every security precaution you can think of, including an independent computer network and supplies.

Yes, but so did the computers that housed the Nuclear warheads. MW computer networks wouldn't have been completely independent since they were able to connect to other networks - they would have had to be and Alie would have targeted a warhead directly at MW.

A.L.I.E is a logical "thinking" AI. She was about to reduce population to the maximum, which implies to use the items that provide the highest possible death rate aka nukes all over the world at the less defensed targets aka big cities with millions of people. Why waste a nuke on a bunker that hosts 350+ people and most probably wouldn't be damaged?
It was never her intention to delete military facilities and we don't even know about other military bunkers or bases.

Exactly. I don't think she'd want to target MW because 1. it'd waste a nuke without killing many (if any) people like you said, and 2. her goal is to reduce population to save humanity, not completely destroy it. So wouldn't she want the few remaining people to have access to bunkers/ supplies?
