Season 3 Shaky cam is headache inducing

I've just started watching Season 3 and I'm a little disappointed in a few things -

- shaky cam #1. I mean it is beyond ridiculous. I am not sure which moron thinks this is a good idea but it is something that needs to die asap. Shaky cam should instantly be laughed at and the cameraman and director who do this should be banned from film making for 5 years

- the whole lesbian thing with Clarke. It just seems too... odd and un-character like. I don't really care about people being whatever they want to be in reality but for her to be suddenly lesbian for not much reason in this show is just odd.

- the whole transformation of Octavia is just too... unnatural. Years of upbringing and nature cannot change because you've spent a few months in a foreign place. It's like The Last Samurai, Pocahontas etc. but all too sudden and not done in the right way. Suddenly she's anti her people and super well versed in their language and customs and hates the baldy wearing her people's clothes. While riding horses and being uber martial artsy now. Ridiculous

- the whole "adults" taking over the camp and decision making etc. What sold the show was teens doing stupid believable things and then actually dying in reality suddenly. That made it nice and believable. Couple with the whole Mt. Weather thing and it was a good show. Season 1 was stellar but Season 2 started downhill and Season 3 is going further down now.

- the whole Jaha/Alie/John nonsense. Just too much nonsense. And the whole still butter faced diverse kids who all act like they're on Beverly Hills 90210 etc. is now getting a but annoying.

Anyways, I'll finish up Season 3 and see how it develops. I really liked The 100 but now it's starting to slip away for me.

I'm so with you! I totally don't understand Clarke becoming a lesbian when she was so in love with Finn. Also, the whole Jaha/Alie/city of light mess is really getting on my nerves, and seems a bit off track. And the fact that Bellamy is on Pike's side just pisses me off.

Clarke hasn't become a lesbian - she's bisexual.

Don't know how far through season 3 you are, but the Jaha/Alie/city of light storyline isn't off track - it's central to everything else and is the explanation of how the world came to be the way it is.

I mean I get that Alie/City of light is how the world "ended" and why it's the way it is now. What I don't understand is why Jaha was so easily swayed by Alie when he knew she caused the world to be like this? Why do they forget their loved ones when they go to the City of Light? Why when somebody dies who has taken this silicon pill thing do they go to the city of light? I'm on season 3 episode 9. Please tell me it gets better and some of this is explained.
