An incredible film, I'll never forget it. One of the best of the decade

Finally got around to watching this gem. I was floored. Surprising, hilarious, and absolutely heartbreaking. Unique isn't even an appropriate word. The lead actor was so convincing and charming. The final hospital scene destroyed me.

Can't wait to watch it again

What I really like is when he was going through her room, he started to learn even more about her after she was gone.

Yeah, something about this movie really moved me.
I've cried when movie characters have died, but something about that final 15 or so minutes nearly killed me.

It was very realistic despite what some people here say.
Cancer doesn't have a time frame. You can be healthy and talking one second, then go into a coma and die the next.

And you can reassure them they will be okay and convince yourself they will be, then they still do.

This movie was actually very real.

Upon repeat viewings, you can pay more attention to the actually film making (don't have to concentrate as hard on the story)

I was blown away upon subsequent viewings, so much so, that I know consider Me and Earl and the Dying Girl, to be the absolute best directed and best cinematography in all of film history.

I know, I know, a very bold statement, but I challenge any disagreements.

This is an incredible film that blends so many emotions exceedingly well. I felt the loss of his friend as much as he did.
