Kind of an annoying and boring chapter but one that kind of finally sets up the end for this whole Political plot.

Historia redeemed herself and kicked that asshore of a so-called dad's ass and tried to rescue Eren.

Everyone has converged and reunited again. And maybe Kenny and his team are going to be either sitting and watching or possibly helping out.

Rod didn't even inject the serum. He fricking licked/drinked it. Seems it evaporates very quickly if not injected so that explains that. And now we know the original king wanted a world of titans to control the world and that his original ideals and memories live on to whoever takes in the Special Powers that Eren now has.

And looks like Eren is getting a upgrade.

So let's see then, next chapter will be Rod is it vs Eren Armor Titan.

Also, this marks the end of possibly Volume 16 and we now officially have 66 Chapters which means we have another 33 Chapters for the Anime to adapt for Season 2. But with the way it ends and leads into a possibly big fight it would probably mean that that Season 2 will possibly adapt all the way to the end of this current fight.

I'm hoping it doesn't last long and ends in one chapter. I can't take being in that stupid ass cave environment any longer. And Eren better grow the f..k up finally and kick some ass because he's been a constant little bitch so far.

Man, such a cliffhanger. While there was plenty I didn't like about this chapter, by Arceus I can't wait for the next one.

Another month, another slow chapter where very little really happens. This is all gonna be great in hindsight, but getting it in such a slow trickle is so aggravating.

The action starved will be disappointed yet again with this chapter. For a moment, my reaction was just like Kenny's, and was just like "WTF man?!" I had the same reaction, when little ass 4'9", 90lb Historia Reiss freakin slams her dad to the ground just as easily as she did the syringe. And then, she even tries to slap some sense into Eren. I was pleasantly surprised. Basically, I saw this whole thing from Kenny's POV.

Eren's angst is just something we have to deal with. We have for 66 chapters now. He always snaps out off it, eventually. The serum he drank said "Armor" so is he going to have hardening abilities like the female titan, or possess hardened skin like the Armoured titan?

It does make you wonder though, there is no way season two can end with this chapter. It's going to be a really long time before we get season three assuming there will be one. Leaving things off like that would be total hysteria man.

It's on next chapter though. Bigger than the colossal titan?

I don't think season 2's even gonna get this far. I remember thinking when the survey corps were pardoned, that'd be a good point to end the season.
