Lol so I just started arching the show and here are some of the pairings I either want to see or feel are hinted at:

I don't really ship romantically but Sasha and Connie's bromance is awesome.
I don't really ship anyone in this series.
I don't sense anything from Levi and Erwin other than profound respect for each other.
Ymir and Historia is indeed canon, but they have been separated, and Historia has claimed that her feelings for Ymir may have changed.
Mikasa just seems to like to put things in Sasha's mouth haha.
Connie and Armin? Really?
If there is anyone I kind of ship, it would be Jean and Armin. There has been some fan art and even a scene or two in the manga that makes it conceivable. Alas though, Jean is clearly into women, and while Armin might be pretty damn close to being one, he still has male parts.

The two guys revealed to be titan shifters I think could be a couple.
They haven't had many interactions, but I can kind of see it.
One of the two titan shifters you speak is revealed that he MAY not be into women. However, the other one clearly is. They undoubtedly have a massive bromance going on though.

I'm not much of a shipper, but... Jean and Marco sure had something of a bromance going on, eh?
I've seen a lot of fanart of Eren and Levi, I'm pretty meh about it but I can see where the shippers are coming from. They definitely have the chemistry.
If friendshipping counts, Connie and Sasha are a fantastic duo!
