This show has so many great moments, but my personal favorite has to be when everyone is dodging Titans left and right and all hope seems to be lost, but then they hear the footsteps. Then they see the giant boulder moving in the distance. And then it's revealed that Eren has controlled his Titan form and is busting his ass to plug the hole in the wall. The music and everyone's reactions just make that moment so great

When Erin puts his faith in his team mates and they all die attacking the Female Titan. Not cuz I'm a bastard who takes join in misery, but because that scenes breaks so many anime cliches. The scene where the group bands together and they all learn a valuable lesson about the power of teamwork and trust and that friendship is magic... no, bad things happen to good people. Willpower does NOT overcome all.
I think my favorite scene is when Eren in Titan form goes bat sh*t crazy and take down Annie in the last episode. So awesome!

Mine is when Levi attacks Annie in her titan form. He absolutely kicks her ass and shows just how skilled he is. Just awesome.

Specifically, when the Titan reaches out for him, and he proceeds to roll his way up the length of her arm, slashing at her as he does.
From that point on he's just a blur, and it's great seeing how impressed even Mikasa is. Up to that point, she was the best fighter we had witnessed, though we knew Levi would be amazing given the chance.
When the Female Titan spins that one guy right 'round.
