I don't understand Isabel's hatred of Tom

I don't understand Isabel's hatred of Tom after he's put in jail. Is it a big lie/act she's putting up to cover her own guilt in the matter?

She's furious that he took her baby away from her (well not really her baby but you know...) and destroyed their family.

Remember how distraught she was after the miscarriages and how badly she wanted to keep Lucy right after Tom found the baby. The baby and her life with Tom was her whole world and he destroyed that.
