Lee Pace is channeling Cobain
At least the look with sweaters and hair. He's a talented actor and is killing it, even though I find his character annoying.

shareHa! Hadn't thought of Cobain, but I can see it. I kept thinking a cross between Jobs and Lennon.
Lee Pace amazes me. He's an extraordinarily talented actor. The way he's able to express such subtlety and layers to this character with his face, and his body.
I just watched the premier again, and one little detail I loved was when he and Cameron were having their marathon phone conversation and she asked if his idea was like the Yellow Pages, he was walking around his apartment and briefly smacked the top of the entryway as he passed through it, saying "It's so much *more* than that." The gesture was so easy and natural, and perfect for Joe, in that moment.
I find Joe fascinating, annoying, complex, and at times -- especially now that he's grown -- likable.
I think Joe is a product and avid watcher of Pop Culture and style. We don't see this allot because we see him in his work mode.
But I remember his Sonny Crockett, Miami Vice look earlier in first days of California. I think part of his genius is his ability to see trends.
Tonight has to be the night both Joe & Cameron cut their hair. I thought it was last week, but Joe's hair ends up looking like it always did & while Cameron's hair is still that yucky brown, they both lose those fake wigs (you can actually see through them).
shareNot thinking Joe cuts his hair only because the other previews I've seen show his hair even longer. But yes, their wigs are kinda sad. Cameron I think will stay brown only because I think that is really her natural color.
shareWell, the shows over so you know Joe's hair is cut & hers was cut at the end. That's not her natural color. No one has hair that color. Yuck.
