Chris & Meg Rogers had a baby yesterday & Chris & Elizabeth Cantwell had a baby 2 days ago. I guess they do everything together. So that was interesting. 😂

I like it better here, though. Dislike that only mods can create new threads, although on the boards I checked out there about 6 months ago, I will say it seemed like they'd attracted a good crowd.
There is a miscellaneous post. I don't like any of the boards - it's so unsatisfying.

I did see that Dude was here. Hi, Dude! I still like the other board. The only reason I'm on the other board at all is that you never posted. No one posted but me, so when I found Canada Phil & other people posting over there... Plus they notify by email when someone has posted on a thread like IMDb. Actually, no one posts during the show & neither board moves my blood pressure. I've started live tweeting during the show so I can get immediate gratification. lol
shareThey send email notifications when someone replies to one of your posts here too, just like IMDb. If you're not getting them, you may have registered after having them on wasn't the default anymore. Go turn them on in your profile.

The advantage of the IMDB boards was that I used IMDB for more than just posting on the boards. I'd be watching something and wanted to get some information on that show, so I'd jump on IMDB and do some research. If that seemed interesting and 'share worthy', I'd pop into the boards and post it.
I know I could probably do that here too, but my mind needs to connect the right synapses together; being old and crunchy....

I used it for more than the boards as well. Mostly just for things like the year, cast, director, and sometimes filming locations.
You can get some of that stuff here, but not a lot.
I still do watch things, then come here to the board afterwards. Come on, synapses :)
My email notification is on and I've never gotten one notification. There is no board like IMdb. It was a clearing house for decades. I'll post here, but I'm going to post on the other board too. There are nerds posting there which I like because I'm so nerd devoid. But tonight I'll be live tweeting - HACF seems to be more popular than ever. I looked for ratings but I couldn't find them, not that it matters, but it seems like more people are talking about it, especially when that racist guy named Chris Cantwell showed up. ahahaha

LOL. Chris Cantwell, who I follow on Twitter, was so flummoxed by that White Supremacist of the same name. I sent him a reply telling him not to cry over the season premiere like his name doppelganger. He ignored me.
