Oh I thought you meant someone would dissolve her sorry ass in a tub full of acid so this series can become good again. I really had my hopes up.

Tom will know it's not his kid when he discovers that it's a boy who actually has balls and can lift his own mom over a threshold. Or when it's a girl who can lift him over a threshold.
