When she left for Japan, I believe she mentioned being pregnant. What happened during the time jump?

She said she was pregnant? I missed that. I do remember a conversation she had with Gordon or Joe where she said Tom wanted to start a family but she didn't.

Maybe she's pregnant with baby Joe. There must be a reason the subject came up.

I think they just mention it to clarify the reason because most would wonder why after four years they still haven't started a family.
