I'd like to know so I can plan ahead for my restroom breaks due to my old body. :( Please no spoilers, but you can say there like the romance scene, the long talk scene, etc. Or like the in The Last Jedi, the casino scene.

Not really. I think the movie already cut a lot of stuff to keep it under 3 hours. JJ is known to keep a tight pace. The only meaningless moment is the cliche speech before the final battle.

Abrams should watch a Hayao Miyazaki movie sometime. For an anime director, he has moments in his movies that allow the story to breathe. But then, I doubt Abrams would have the patience to sit through them with his ADHD mind.
Arguably, the movie is a little too frenetic with constant action going on through the whole thing, and not very many slower moments to just pause and breathe a little.
I guess it slows down a bit whenever the protagonists go back to the Resistance base planet. There are a couple of those scenes. But then you might miss out on character stuff.
It honestly doesn't feel like two and a half hours.

shareNot really. There's a lot of action but its all pretty pointless. You honestly won't be missing much. There's a point where they visit a place where they can retrieve memories from C3PO. Poe is known and unwelcome there. Go to the bathroom when that part is coming to an end and the scene switches to Poe outside.
