I'm not so sure we'll ever see the actual numbers, only the massaged numbers given for public consumption. The real tell will be the length of time it takes Disney to make the next movie. Bob Iger already made it clear that the film arm of the franchise was going on hiatus after Solo.
That's a far cry from the proclamation of '1 Film Per Year' when they first bought Lucas.
That's the real give-away right there. Why would they not continue producing a film every year if they were making money, even if it was only a small profit - it would make no sense. However, if you're losing a chunk of capital with every movie, it makes very good sense to discontinue making the flicks for a while.
