Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker Runtime confirmed.

the Runtime for the movie is 155 minutes. (2 hours and 23 minutes.) making the longest star wars movie ever!!

some fans are mad about this and they think the runtime should be longer. (like 3 hours.)

what do you think of the Runtime? and do you think it should be longer?

"the Runtime for the movie is 155 minutes. (2 hours and 23 minutes.)" How did you get that number?

They hired a diverse non-white guy to convert minutes to HH:MM XD

reply

Until I've seen it, I can't possibly know. It should be as long as it needs to be, of course.

Tickets for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker have officially gone on sale, and with that came the reveal that it will officially become the longest Star Wars film ever at 155 minutes or 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Dude your math sucks....lol

reply

Lol

reply

NO it doesn't.

reply

Yes it does. 😂

reply

no. it doesn't. why?

reply

I really hope you're joking, because everyone else is right. Your math skills are not up to par.

reply

ok. whatever you say.

reply

Then please explain your math. Defend your intelligence.

reply

Jesus Christ....smh....155 minutes would make the movie 2 hours and 35 minutes ...not 2 hours and 23 minutes....

reply

Dropped out of grade 4?

reply

The movie will be as bad as your calculations.

reply

Makes sense that it'd be long as fuck. They're obviously trying to salvage this shit as much as possible.

reply

Star Wars the last money grab (until the next movie)

reply

If that were the case they would have made it shorter, so it could be screened more times per day.

reply

Well...they are getting pretty bad at "grabbing" money with these things with TLJ making 700 million LESS than TFA and the last Star Wars film(Solo) LOSING over 100 million dollars.

reply

This movie is being marketed as being the last in the SW saga so it's effectively Disney's Last Hurrah in getting people interested in the franchise. Any movie after this would be just a shameless cash-grab (as if Solo wasn't ...)
They need to get people coming to that new Galaxy Edge attraction in Disneyland. So far it's failing.

reply

Anybody who is already complaining about the runtime, in either direction, is someone who will never be satisfied with the movie, no matter what happens.

In other words, why give a shit what they think.

reply

Some fans are mad at something about the latest Star Wars? That’s unfathomable!!! ;}

Anywho, this looks like it’s going to be an epic journey. As noted above, it should be as long as it needs to be. And yea, I’m positive the majority of people/real fans going to see ROS aren’t complaining about its runtime.

reply

Hear, hear!

I can't wait for it!
