Deadline reporting Monday box office is hovering around $20 million
Yikes...that's less than half of TFA's first Monday gross and barely above Rogue One's first Monday. This appears to be crashing fast!
shareYikes...that's less than half of TFA's first Monday gross and barely above Rogue One's first Monday. This appears to be crashing fast!
shareI think they are crapping their pants in Burbank tonight looking at today's numbers.
sharehow cute....
Your threads and trolling have become so absurd no one even replies to your Desperate and angry SPITE threads anymore....
you literally had to BUMP this thread yourself....
lol
theres a difference between trolling and your trolling queen....
to actually be a good troll and successful troll, you got to be clever....you on the other hand come off completely CHILDISH, Jealous and Desperate....thus People brutally made fun of you for a while, completely OWNED you in every possible way, but Now just dont pay attention to you....
you need to be clever, or your going to quickly find yourself in this situation all the time, constantly having to BUMP your own FAILED troll thread
I love how you forgot to mention that schools and colleges are still in session which accounts for the slightly below box office. It’s not like it’s the massive failure justice league is.
shareIt has the same schedule as The Force Awakens and Rogue one, so there goes you theory. And, many schools are already out, dummy!
shareThey are now, not last week. And it’s not my theory, it’s what’s been reported. I don’t live in the land of watched 24/7, so I have no idea what your school terms are, but what I read was what I said.
shareDon't believe everything you read....especially if it's a blog. Aside from that, last week doesn't matter because it opened on a Friday, and rabid Star Wars fans don't care about school, or work, when it comes to the opening of a Star Wars film, they'll go...and they did, or else it wouldn't have made $106 million domestically on its opening day...that's $24,736 per screen...and it's on 4,232 domestically. They went, no matter what.
shareIT wasnt a blog
shareIT is a movie. Aside from that, did you fail punctuation in 5th grade?
shareAre you sure it’s a movie? The way you’re acting you’d think it sexually harrasssed you. Did it touch your knee in an inappropriate way? Come in, tell us. This is a safe space.
shareNope, it made $105m Thur evening and Friday. Stupid, but Hollyweird denies most movies open on Thursday. That's 4232 theaters, many with TLJ on several screens.
How much does Queeny pay his sock puppet?
You have no proof.
And, "How much does Queeny pay his sock puppet?" I don't know, ask your left hand.
ChuckFindlay was correct (I'm pretty sure you already knew it, but kept trolling), here is the proof you asked for:

It has the same schedule as The Force Awakens and Rogue one, so there goes you theory. And, many schools are already out, dummy!
The movie having the same schedule as the past ones does not mean the schools this week have the same schedule from past years. I know it may be a hard concept for you to understand, so I won't try to explain why this is happening. Anyway, the only one impersonating a dummy here seems to be you.
From the article (not a blog):
Thee running domestic cume for Last Jedi is now at $241.8M, making Last Jedi the 10th-best Monday ever and the fourth best in December after Force Awakens ($40.1M, December 21 2015), Rogue One ($32M, December 26, 2016) and Force Awakens‘ second Monday ($31.3M, December 28). That’s a great Monday figure, and if it looks like Last Jedi is lagging behind, it’s only because there were fewer kids off from school yesterday (17% K-12, 68% college). These figures get higher and higher each day, so by Friday they’ll be at 61% K-12 off and colleges 89% out.
It has the same schedule, dummy, and schools are out. I don't need some idiot writer to tell me what he doesn't know. This article is not proof of anything, except that you are gullible. Just because a person puts percentages in a blog, doesn't mean they are true or accurate. He cited no factual evidence. You don't think to deeply, do you?
shareTake this you dummy:
https://www.the-numbers.com/news/227410830-Last-Jedi-Pulls-in-21-6-million-on-Monday-for-241-6-million-Four-Day-Total
Let's see if you can read and understand. By the way, I'm pretty sure everyone here believes more in the idiot writers who at lest work in the movie business and know what they are talking about, than believing in your delusional and narrow mind.
I see the same box office numbers as everywhere else, but you put no facts about school schedules, dummy. You lose.
shareWrong “to” there, mr grammar nazi. Wrong use of “,” as well. Bet you can’t tell which one though 😂
shareI write like that so dummies like you will understand, but since you are going there, try "Mr." and "NAZI". You big dumb dummy! And, you forgot the "." after "though".
Try starting your last sentence like this: " I will bet you that you cannot differentiate between...."
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
lol nice cover for your dumbfuckary.
shareRemember capital letters? I guess you don't.
sharerEMBER THIS A FORwuM NOT.a engrisHHH cwass* really though, grammar. LOL how pathetic you must feel to be reduced to that tactic. Dont worry, I leave you a few typos heres and wheres so you can feel all super cools and shiz.
shareJustice League isn't even making bank.
shareYou a rich oil sheik? I'm not, so I consider making 500K to 1 Mil+ making bank, but I'm not rich like you.
shareCost of production x2 + marketing + theaters fair cut = revenue
JL is not making bank. In fact WB is still loosing money with it.
Next question?
$637,352,564 and still in theaters making money daily, plus licensing and merchandising, then blu-ray/dvd, then digital rental/purchase, VOD, then broadcast = making bank.
Next dumb thought?
boy are you one dumb mothertfucker...
1 - The movie is NOT on BR yet
2 - The movie is still in theaters NOT making enough money to even break even; therefore the studio is LOSING money.
3 - After the movie is removed from theaters, the revenue will be cut with the theaters that show that movie.
4 - Revenue is TWICE the cost of production PLUS the cost of marketing [which is A LOT]. After that the theaters get their fair share [ie, less money for the studios].
Want to keep up showing you are brain dead? Be my guest.
1. When did you stop your education, 4th grade?
2. Nope. It will not lose money. You only think about the next minute don't you?
3. No shit, Sherlock.
4. You got your basic math down, good for you. Go get yourself a cookie. You invested in this film? If not, why you worried about other people's money? Silly. You think this one theatrical run, for this one film, is going to lose them money? You need to graduate more than the 4th grade, dummy.
Yes, you are mentally impaired.
1 - yes, that's 4 more years of education than you have.
2 - Boy, you are deluded.
3 - yes, I know it's surprising for you. It is to me too that a movie with 4 of the most well known and beloved Super Heroes ever will not even brake even. Sucks. :(
5 - "You invested in this film? If not, why you worried about other people's money?" You do seem worried with it's failure. Wanna talk about that? I will wait while you dry your pillow of all those tears you've been crying lately.
RIP DCEU.
1. Making up lies to make your point = dummy.
2. Clearly talking about yourself.
3. You seem to be worried a little too much about something that isn't your problem, and a lie.
4. You skipped #4 dummy, can't you count?
5. Huh? You need to see a psychiatrist and get meds a.s.a.p.
1 - I don't need to make up lies to respond to an obtuse retort.
2 - Clearly not.
3 - You seem to be way too in denial and projecting.
4 - yes. And I made you count on your fingers.
5 - clearly projecting.
Uh oh...it took another 5% drop yesterday with even more schools out.
shareEven if it takes no more money at all, justice league will still suck.
shareWhat does JL have to do with TLJ?
shareYou tell me, you’re the one running around with a sore bottom.
shareYou have a thing with anuses don't you? Why are you so butthappy about TLJ? You like watching turds as well as squeezing them out?
shareNever said I liked it or hated it, and Im not the one running around posting piss poor troll jobs trying to get attention. YOU are the one that continues to post stupid shit. If you didnt like the movie, why are you giving it so much of your time? Seems strange to devote your precious time to something you hate.

Question is what was a reasonable expectation for TLJ? I thought it would make less, TFA made a huge amount of money. It was unlikely any SW film following it was going to match it. So if it finishes in the 1.3-1.5 bil range I would still think its a great success for Disney, however a 500-700 mil drop from the previous film.
shareAt this rate, I can guarantee you this won't make 1.5 billion...probably not even 1.3 billion.
The domestic decline is really alarming. It had a great OW but every weekday has been only half of what TFA made and each day has declined instead of increased even though with each passing day there has been more kids on winter break.
