Where would ya'll place this movie among the others?...cause i'm not sure

After watching this movie Rogue One is still my favorite of the Disney era Star Wars films. I don't hate TLJ but it's not good enough for me to put it in the upper echelons of Star Wars cinema. On the other hand it's nowhere NEAR bad enough to be in the lower tiers of the prequels. I'm not sure where i would put it tbh.

As shitty as any of the others, bad guys have 0 character or motivation, really boring if you're actually paying attention but I guess it's cool if you're doing stuff on your cellphone and looking at lasers sometimes.
