I wouldn't say it sucks but yes, it leaves a lot to be deserved regarding how it is praised (Which is a shame).

I found the Fin subplot crappy as well, I hate Poe Dameron more than anything.
Snoke was a wasted villain, now we will have the ginger idiot & Darth Jonas Brother in the sequel... cant wait for that :/

I agree, the new asian lady subplot was so boring and cringe worthy. I wonder why she was hidden from us in all of the trailers if she is going to get 50% of the on screen time.
