So the studio just dumped this in theatres, right?
It seems like the poor reception didn't give the studio much confidence. I did see a TV spot here and there, but the impression I got was there was little advertising for this and a lack of awareness generated. Did anyone see significant advertising for this? I knew more about "Edge of Seventeen" and "Bleed for This" coming out this weekend. I get that a story like this will be a harder sell than a more action-oriented war movie, but I'm still a bit surprised there wasn't more of a promotional push.
