A film called Diablo. Being a western that's quite different from the rest. I enjoyed that as much as I did this.

Ravenous is pretty cool
The proposition is also a pretty good western though it doesn't have the same cannibal elements...does have a gritty western feel to it.
If you think you'd like stop-motion dinosaurs and cowboys, "Valley Of Gwangi" is not bad.
We get to see (not very graphically) a circus dwarf gobbled up by an allosaurus.
Be cautious when you see a light at the end of the tunnel. It could be an oncoming train.
