Smart Men Don't Get Married

Great line. Very insightful. Why couldn't this have been released in 2008?

Lol. I've watched this film a handful of times but really caught those lines the last time I watched. Clearly, he's the smartest because he's not a widower or husband. Love it :)

I was'nt expecting much from Matthew Fox as I never rated his performances in anything and hated Lost. I was pleasantly surprised though. He nailed the well spoken, dapper gent with the murderous past perfectly. All 4 of the posse members were excellent but he stood out for me.

I agree completely. I enjoyed Lost, but didn't care for Fox in that series, and any other film I've seen him in just left me niethe here nor there, know what I mean? But it's like this role was perfectly suited for him and he was stellar. Besides Chicory (Richard Jenkins character), Fox was my favorite. And that line was just fantastic, it just rolled off his tongue so naturally!

Old post I know, but I've got to echo this. I didn't expect to be impressed by Fox at all, but he absolutely nailed it and is probably my favourite of the lead four.
