It's really a shame this one won't do better at the box office. It shouldn't have been released in the summer, but instead in the fall.

The fall wouldve been a better time to release but its not a guarantee for box office success. Cadillac Records came out in the fall and it still bombed. And it had BEYONCE in it.

She is a box office draw. What other black actress coulda garnered equal box office numbers for a garbage ass film like Obsessed??? Get Real. NO ONE in the cast of "Get on Up" is a draw.
One 'hit' isn't really enough to call someone a bow office draw. Plus Obsessed only made $73 million. That's not huge hit.
