How come these types never pay their band or taxes?
It seems like many people like this end up not paying their staff or band for some reason? why? also why not pay taxes? Seems pretty basic. He made plenty.

Some of them go from dirt poor to become overnight millionaires, and taxes become more complicated as you enter higher tax brackets.

Yes, the money can come in spurts, just like for actors and actresses.
But going from dirt poor to becoming overnight millionaires in the music business is nothing other than a figure of speech. It just seems that way. You can make some decent money in a few day's time, but overnight millionaires? It just doesn't happen that way, especially back then.

I meant it as a figure of speech. I wonder how many of them hire accountants and tax lawyers who are shams too.
