He brings a lot of needless drama, and he and Rosa together are annoying and obnoxious. That being said, I am interested in seeing how his character plays out. In the next episode he finds out he can't be a cop anymore, so maybe he'll get a new job, or they'll write him out.

Err no he is not!!! He is freaking annoying and useless.. Jason Mantzoukas always plays the exact same character... he played the same annoying character in The League..

All Jason Mantzoukas did was transfer his persona from one series and add it to another. He did this as well in Parks and Recreation (2009).

shareNot a fan of his character, i can see how some would be entertained, but as soon as he was introduced the way he was i was just waiting to see how long it was before they somehow wrote him out. He didnt fit in the dynamic the group has, then again for them to add a new regular character would be difficult after this long.
