shareDidn't realize they had even started a sequel. Looks like no one came back. The clip is meh. At least the anti-Christ is in there, giving us an actual antagonist. I'd still prefer a full blown Jesus vs Satan movie, and somehow I don't see that happening in this series. If it even lasts longer than the Kirk Cameron version.

It's not a sequel to the 2014 version, it's a separate adaptation by another studio. Vanished is loosely based on Left Behind: The Kids, a YA book series that is a spinoff of the more famous Adult books which the Kirk Cameron and Nicolas Cage versions are based on.
shareOh. I think I've heard of those books. I thought kids were automatically raptured, but there's already some loop holes, so I guess there could be exceptions.

The cut off age for the free ride to Heaven is around 12 or 13, depending on the theologian you talk to. These Rapture filmmakers never seem to be interested in actually explaining the concept of the "Age of Accountability", opting instead to just always spout vague lines like, "All the kids are gone!"
