No sequel. There was another reboot last year. VANISHED: LEFT BEHIND - NEXT GENERATION.

The producer, Paul Lalonde keeps saying on Facebook they haven't given up on making Left Behind 2 with Nicolas Cage. They're still struggling to get financing. The latest YA version, Vanished - Left Behind: Next Generation is a separate adaptation made by a different company because the film rights to the Left Behind adult novels and Left Behind kids books were split up years back.
