Please Note: "Solace" (2015)

The amount of time it took to release this film (2 years or so) reminds me of "Solace" (2015), directed by Alfonso Poyart and starring Colin Farrell, Anthony Hopkins Abbie Cornish, etc. It is also taking over 2 years for release in the US (the date has been repeatedly pushed back) long after it was in Europe because the US distributor, Relativity Media has been in financial trouble. The latest release date for "Solace" is slated for December 16, 2016. I hope they do, as it appears to be a very good film. Getting back to "Man Down", it appears pretty good, although the cast seems typical, for many reasons. I hope it is good. However, as I mentioned at the beginning, I bet the very long time for release is for the same reasons as "Solace": financial trouble, even though Relativity Media is not mentioned with "Man Down".
