Alien Bodies Episode?

I saw an episode last night and I believe it was the Alien Bodies ep. It was either that or the Nazi UFO's episode.

In the episode I'm looking for, there is an alien walking down a country road late at night. A farmer in a pick up thinks it is a boy and becomes concerned. He soon learns that the "person" is not even human, but he looks confused and so the farmer offers him a ride. The alien climbs aboard and the farmer takes him home. He and his wife offer the alien food but he refuses. He sneaks out in the middle of the night when the farmer and his wife are asleep. They report the incident to the sheriff, who takes copious notes.

I couldn't find this episode on their website or here. TV guide lists the two episodes last night at Nazi UFO's and Alien Bodies. I don't remember which one it was in.
