Cry when Chris Pratt ....
Anyone think Chris Pratt gave a truly heroic ending when dealing with the Gatling gun?

shareCry in that scene?! No way!. But one thing is sure, it was a cool scene with a proper and good death
shareI lost interest when they didn't ride out to fix the gun, or the amzing sniper didn't just shoot it... and ran off to shepherd children out of town, why were the kids in the town int he first palce - you had a week to get them to their aunts down the road, BAD PARENTING.
The whole scene was overblown, and the guy with the eye patch was ridiculous.
Nope. That scene was incredibly ill conceived and was made to try and get somebody in the audience to cry.
Not only that, but now he's also had his first big death scene which will help to solidify him in the audiences's mind.

Death is the standard breach for a complex prize.
Didn't cry, but the way everybody went out was pretty awesome. I had never seen the 1954/1960 movies before (always stuck with John Wayne) so the deaths surprised me and I'm proud of the creators having the brass to kill off half the cast.
shareI actually stifled a laugh which then came out as a loud snort in a not-quite-full cinema when Faraday toppled over head first after his cigar was lit... I just knew it was some sort of trick. But I realised the rest of the cinema didn't quite see it the way I did, that most were stunned silent... then, of course, the real 'magic' happened :)
In other words, I liked that he went out with a bang as he should've ;)
You know it's a trick when you see the playing cards in his pocket. He knew that he was dying from the moment he got shot in the liver. "So far, so good" etc.
That's why he charged, he couldn't have possibly be saved. Then the cards in his pocket tell you it's a trick. I, myself, have always been lucky with one eye'd Jacks too.
That and red twos.
