Vincent D'onofrio Voice

One of the highlights of the movie.

Reminded me of Channing Tatum's :"My name's Jeff"

I don't see him as a gentle giant as others do. That voice is indicative of suppressed rage. Just like Fisk in Daredevil. It's a voice that tells you to back off and let him do what he needs to do. It's high-pitched, but frightening at the same time. It's the voice of a scared dog. Never mess with a frightened dog. They're the ones that bite.

Hell yeah. Great reading of the character. I'd say there's a lot that goes unspoken with Jack Horne.

I watched the movie for D'Onofrio, didn't know what to think at first. He ended up being my favorite. Magnificent performance, as always.

Was waiting for him to "hold the door" during his last scene.

he's a very good actor. He was terrific in Daredevil. he elevates everything he's in. he can make a lot out of a little.

I have always admired and loved Vincent as an actor since watching him in The Whole Wide World. Incredibly gifted actor and have to admit had something ( my friends here in Nz say a liitle sunblock) in my eye when he died in The Magnificent Seven. Can do no wrong.

He's great. He played "Thor" in Adventures in Babysitting - and they should have made a Thor movie right after that and let him be the lead.

reply

Loved him. That voice was stunning, unexpected, and just made me love the character more! 😁

I have always liked Vince and I'm glad they found him a role wear he's not hiding his weight gain. He's beyond middle age and he's gained weight, so stop squeezing him into suits that just don't fit.
