She can hold her own when the going gets tough, but is this realistic and would you care if she wasn’t there?
shareI think its plausible. Her husband was murdered in front of her thats enough to toughen anybody up. I didnt mind her character but i feel she was more eyecandy than anything else

I mean really, the opening scene with her in church with her husband she was wearing a low cut dress with the upper half of her boobs exposed...and she continued that theme throughout the whole movie.
Nothing against boobs, I just thought it was gratuitous, out of place, and uncalled for in the context of the movie.
I don't know very much about the fashions at that part of history but I see what you mean.
