Halfway decent film
Saw the film this PM. While most of it was fairly predictable, Mirren has a stilted but enjoyable romp with it; Reynolds is fine as the young American lawyer with an Austrian pedigree; but it's the flashback scenes which are beautiful and expertly done. The flashback actors are superb and migod, Max Irons is one of the handsomest men to grace the silver screen. He is magnifico!
Could be another nomination for Mirren. Quite a bit better than her last role in "The Hundred Foot Journey."
