shareEaster Sunday afternoon--at least 50 people, most of whom would be called "bluehairs." The audience liked it, although no applause or anything.
The main trailers I recall: a movie about the Beach Boys with John Cusack, and a boxing movie with Jake Gyllenhaal.
Went to the 3:50pm screening at a multiplex in Dublin, CA. Our theatre was 80% full (so maybe 60-70 people). Lousy trailers...won't even bother...mainly Fix Searchlight flix. Some applause afterwards...which I, of course, started!!
shareSunday @ 10:25 am, Pacific Theatre @ the Grove in Los Angeles. About 30 people. Both my husband and I were surprised by how much we liked this film - it was even funny (in parts). Was also surprised to see Katie Holmes - at first I didn't recognize her - then thought she looked like someone who was in a movie about the Kennedy's (Jackie) - then waited for the credits to see if it was her - it was!
shareThey should have had the trailer for I'll See You In My Dreams with this. I'm sure some theaters did. That looks really good. Did anyone get that trailer?

Saw it on May 15 at 615pm. Maybe 25-30 people in the audience of a theater that could hold 400+. Rather than several short trailers, they showed what seemed to be one unusually long trailer for "Aloha".
There was applause at the end (I rarely see that these days) although I thought it was odd that I was the only one who stayed behind to watch the closing credits.
