literally the most boring garbage i've ever seen

either im the world's most restless gay person or this is somehow the most slow, uninteresting movie i've ever tried to watch. it was a SAG screener last year, actually. The Danish Girl was disgusting for casting a cisgender man but at least it could keep my attention.
can rooney mara and cate blanchett make another face? and could rooney stop trying to be so audrey hepburn?
jesus. to think i was so excited about it when i first heard.

i think i enjoy terrible CW channel level queerbaiting more than this movie.

I loved this movie and went to buy Carol after watching it on tv. I can relate to it as well. Perhaps that's one of the reasons I like it so much. Love their chemistry. I like both actresses a lot.

Oh you poor thing. It must be sad to have to settle for second best in your entertainment choices.

Carol was simply not for you. There are those who get a work of art, and those who don't. The intricacies and the subtle performances in Carol are just way over your head.

As for "cisgender" --- transgender politics is so yesterday. I didn't see Danish Girl because I have no interest in the topic. However, I know many are consumed by the transgender 'woe is me' so I try my best to tolerate it.

All things considered I think a transgender version of Django Unchained would be more up your alley.
