I stopped watching when it became too stupid, around season 2 or 3.

After they killed off Rhona Mitra, I had less interest. Surprised it stuck around for so long.

That was a mistake, but I still held on until the end. It wasn't bad at all.

The last three seasons were not as good but they were still worth watching.

No.

When it was a post-apocalyptic show, it was fun. When it became the West Wing, it was dull.

Show should have stuck to the premise. A global pandemic that wiped out the population. The ship searching the planet for survivors.
