Typical PC British film
English female with an African kid, and a cockney gangster father with a heart of racially tolerant gold.
Think I'll give this horsecrap a miss.

What do you expect, the British media sector is funded and controlled by the government.
shareback to Hollywood films it is for you then
nothing like edgy american movies who put one random black guy/gay person in so they don't look racist or attract any bad press.
"im beautiful your not" - me
"you're* " - you
It is clearly obvious that you have not seen the film. Your description is in no way what the plot is all about. If you actually watch the film you will realize that the focus on the "gangster father" is not racial acceptance, nor does this have any significance to the film. It takes a typical snob to label something "horsecrap" w/o even first giving it a view. It certainly was not the best movie in the world, but it was quite hilarious at some parts, and conveyed a nice life lesson towards the end. What I will never understand is what would compel people like you to even waste your time coming to these boards to talk trash about a film you will never see. I guess you just had to have it publicly known that YOU will never see this, lol.

@koos
Yeah, we get it---you're racist, and that's why you don't want to see the film--whatever,troll.
How is it PC? Because some white female character is in a relationship with some guy who isn't white? Are you THAT insecure or are you too conditioned by American movies in which you are far less likely to see such a relationship on the screen? Do you have such reactions when watching America mainstream films in which interracial relationships are mostly portrayed as white guys with women of color (such as any film with Zoe Saldana in it)?

I see what the OP's getting at. They tried to make Dom more realistic by having him call the boyfriend "Afrika Bambaata" but then apologising straight away. Like, he's a NICE racist white London gangster. You can't move for them in London!
Awight we're The Daamned we're a punk baand and this is called Carn't Be Appy T'day!
