Great screenplay, great performances, great movie!
This is the kind of gangsta' movie Guy Ritchie USED to make, but with words that crackle even more, with plenty of biting wit. And Jude Law is effortless in how he delivers the words...with relish and no holds barred! He truly does give a tour-de-force performance.
Richard E. Grant can draw laughs simply with a look, and he does so here again. The subplot involving Law's daughter is the only one that is overly familiar but thankfully, it's not a huge part of the film.
For me, the movie was far too short and could easily evolve into a sequel.
Great stuff and an overlooked gem!
