Fontaine question (spoiler)
Do we know that Fontaine is dead? I know it as a really bad injury and all, but we don't know how quickly he was gotten to the hospital, what organs got hit and which got missed, that sort of thing.
Well he was full of piss and coke and he has a dirty rusty fender impale him--its probably a good guess that he died.
When he got up and said he had a splinter in him get some tweezers-That was probably the "surge of energy" that people get right before they die.
