I don't know how it's possible, but here in Romania, the movie will open on January 31, 2014. That's next month. In our country the movie was named Furia which is Fury in english: Here's the romanian poster: http://www.cinemagia.ro/filme/tokarev-584060/postere/

I've seen it, its pretty DTV product, very low budget, even the poster had some mistakes.
The frozen ground was much better on all levels and desirved a theatrical release.
