Ok, it has its problems without a doubt, disjointed, low budget etc but I found it entertaining and it kept me hooked for the ninety minutes or so. People on here complain about the acting, I thought it was ok overall-apart from the daughter at the beginning! It was OTT and ludicrous in places but I found it enjoyable and moving at times.The script needed more to it and overall could've been done better but I much preferred it to the awful "Stolen" that it has been compared to.Not a Nic classic like the recent "Joe" but more than ok 6.5/10 for me

It was indeed a good movie can't complain about the acting for me it was entertaining the only thing is the ending or should I say what "really" happened which kinda voids the storyline but okay just put yourself in the shoes of cage's character would you doubt the words of a friend of your daughters telling what happned after you found the house trashed and your daughter gone when you have the background of cage's character? I don't think so I think this is what the movie's message is about

Same here, I liked it, this movie did not try to be great, but delivered regardless.
This movie gets so much hate because there is no happy ending and its pretty dark and nihilistic.
Sheeple can't stand it.

This was great movie i really enjoyed it . the only thing let this movie down was the production which looked like low budget i can't get it where did $25,000,000 go ? as this movie looked like produced by iPhone with worst director ever .
