-Robbed some Russians when he was young that started a war.

-Left a gun in his house that got his daugher killed. (seems he forgot he had it) Had he remembered, all of this would've been avoided.

-Started a war with the Russians that got his best friend tortured and killed. (He died not knowing what really happened)

-Ended up killing his other best friend.

-Oh, and he got his former boss killed because his best friend, who got tortured for no reason, spilled the beans on what really happened back in the day.

Yeah, he was a real f-up. Vanessa is better off without him. Really a weak movie. The writing was full of stupidity.

there were so many unbelievable moments in this film! Going on that car crash/chase and the guy just let him walk away pretty much being aware of a lot of the murders he's committing but turning the other cheek?! and then killing his friend and then hugging him afterwards immediately sorry that he did it and really bad acting I felt like from the younger actors. It seemed like an excuse for a lot of gunplay that's all this movie was

Aww c'mon this is the best film of the last 6 years. Better than Breaking Bad, The Godfather or any of your favorite movies. A+ Film and Nick Cage Coppola is the best actor around. Philip Seymour Hoffman, Gary Oldman n Daniel Day Lewis have nothing on his skills. I was shocked to say the least that this gem didn't get at least one academy nomination.
