So when is the Region#1 DVD release date?

So far it doesn't seem to be available as yet, I'm wondering what the hold up might be? Bay has a couple of Region#4 DVD's from Australia for sale but I'd sure like a Region#1 if possible. Any class to the delay herein the USA?

The Roadhouse blu ray edition has a DVD in it.
