Stellar Debut

This wasn't as hilarious as I expected but I would say it was a solid debut. I liked the whole concept of taking the guy to the whore house but just thought there could have been some better jokes thrown in.

Much funnier in stand up if you ask me - I hope he just used old material for the pilot and they will have new stuff for the show.

You know he's good when it's funnier with him just telling you about it, rather than you seeing it for yourself.

His stand up is some of the best out right now so it is hard to live up to it...especially with FX being somewhat censored.

I watched it without knowing what it was and I haven't seen the standup and I thought it was hilarious. I guess different perspectives but I'll keep checking it

The series opener totally ruled. It was hilarious nearly the entire time. I lol'd out loud almost the whole time. The outright funny parts, the subtle funny parts, the jokes Jim threw in, his friend and his friends disabled brother, actually, the only non-funny part was his friend's mom...... The dad was pretty good!

I thought the second episode was much better and I enjoyed the first episode. If the quality of this show stays the same it will quickly be one of my favorites. My only worry is that many of these half hour shows on FX don't get the proper chance to build an audience. Bringing back Wilfred for season 3 is a very good sign though.
