Her real name is Katy Sullivan.
She was on ABC's "Last Man Standing", on the 2/1/2013 episode, playing a veteran of Iraq. Again, showing that she was missing both legs.

Yeah, I caught her in both. At first in Legit, I thought she was actually some Australian person Jim was trying to promote - may be a friend or something. Then when I saw her in Last man Standing, without the accent I thought may be she really was a war veteran they were paying tribute to.
But thanks to you and with your help, I now know she is actually a real actress who was born without legs. And, now I remember having seen her in My Name is Earl as well.
