Just finished the second season

Loved this show, one thing that resonated with me was just how harsh and real it felt throughout both seasons. It was depressing but also hilarious. Seeing Steve's downward spiral, how everyone in their relationships cheated on their significant other and how it broke them apart. The latter was the most depressing. Almost every girl that Jim slept with cheated on their husbands; of course there was Georgia cheating on Steve with Todd. I remember the one scene when they find the camera in Todd's car, it was a very funny scene, but at the same time I felt so bad for Steve at just how gut wrenching that must've been, and then adding insult to injury by Georgia moving away and essentially taking Emily away from him, it was so heartbreaking. That being said, I enjoyed this show almost if not just as much as Louie, and I'm amazed that it got cancelled after 2 seasons. Netflix should pick it up or something.

Why was their bacon in the soap?!?!

FX wrecked it, along with Totally Biased, when they forced viewers to try and find it on FXX when they tried to launch the new channel. Shows lose viewers when networks move them to different nights or times and FX went and moved it to an entirely different channel and on top of that, the channel wasn't in nearly as many households as FX. They killed it. You don't need to be a network genius to know that a move like that would kill a show, especially a new one that was still trying to build an audience. Still bums me out.

Maybe they wanted to kill it but didn't know how.

FX screwed the pooch by moving it to FXX in the hopes that people would finally tune into their newish network. Instead, the show just looked like it got a demotion to a sh_t network.
