What's up with that scene. There was an extremely similar scene in louie. Where he says "I bet our bullets can reach him" and they laugh and shoot at the guy. Why is there a scene so similar to a scene in another famous comedian's sitcom

It's a story based on Jefferies' real life experiences, plus he's been telling it in his stand-up since well before Louie was a thing.
