Tesseract powered Widow

I noticed this blue glow, and it raised the question:
Are the gadgets of the Black Widow has some Tesseract upgrade?
Since the last Avengers, (where SHIELD tried to harvest the Tesseract's power and use it in weapons) but especially here, all of her weapons and gadgets has the same blue glow and flow of power like the Tesseract has. Also same as the weapons of the army of the Red Skull in the First Avengers.
It never been confirmed as far as I know, but think about it. Could it be a backstory? My thinking is, she is one of the top agents of SHIELD, playing on a higher level with superheroes (while herself is not a superhero), why not she has the privilege to get an upgrade of her equipment? I know Tesseract is out of the picture at the moment but the Avengers had a chance to get its power.

I'd say the possibility of this being true is strong. One can assume she was given an Tesseract upgrade based on the sole fact that she's a high ranking and trusted member of SHIELD. One of their very best. And when you take into account that Natasha is far less “shielded” (not having powers or protective technology) than 3 of the other Avengers, then there’s a pretty good chance she has tessarct power.

Small chance this might not be the case, but the evidence is strong.

It was girl power, Whedon's leftist stink and bad writing that made her that strong. There is zero in universe reasons why she's that powerful.

Yeah I think they were engineered using Tesseract energy.

I'm sure that is Stark tech. Cap and Hawkeye had upgrades too. Cap could also call his shield back.
Plus the tesseract was taken to Asgard in avengers 1.
