Something that bugs me every once in a while...

I've seen the movie countless times, and each time I've never been able to figure it out. When Tony splits off from the others to work in the government agency to track down Ultron, he goes to work on some piece of machinery and he sort of sings something to himself that sounds like it ends with "...because you want me to". Does anyone know what he says? I can't help but feel like it's a reference to something, but I don't recognize it either. If I didn't know better, I'd say it was a line from like...Top Gun or something with flying jets. But I can't make it out and I want to know what it is if anyone knows!

First, he doesn't go to a government agency. He goes to (basically) the (fictional) world internet hub to try and draw out whoever's keeping Ultron from accessing the nuclear launch codes by trying to hack the nuclear launch codes himself.

Here's the dialogue between him and the tech:

Tony Stark: A hacker who's faster than Ultron? He could be anywhere. And as this is the center of everything, I'm just a guy looking for a needle in the world's biggest haystack.

World Hub Tech: How do you find it?

Tony Stark: Pretty simple. You bring a magnet. [he starts playfully singing as he conducts his search] Oh, I'm decrypting nuclear codes and you don't want me to. Come and get me.

Agent Hill: ...Then aliens invaded New York and were beaten back, by among others, a giant green monster, a costumed hero from the 40's.... and a god.

Agent Ward: I don't think Thor is technically a god.

Hill: Well...you haven't been near his arms.
