"Age of Ultron" vs Comic Book Ultron

I don't know if anybody else already covered this, so forgive me if it's and old question.
While I enjoyed the movie, was anybody else upset they chose to have an Ultron with an animated face rather than the classic "grinning Jack-o-lantern" skull/head he has in the comics? I am a Marvel fan of old, & Ultron has long been my favorite villan(next only to Thanos when done correctly). I'm more than sure theu could have done it with nuclear fire or whatever it is lighting up that classicly evil visage.

They gave him an animated face because they didn't want him to look like a power rangers villain, AKA terrible.

The look was fine but they needed to develop him more in the film. His creation happened too fast. I know it's a two hour movie but they should have added more developmental scenes. Still, once he was in play, everything was handled perfectly.
